What the service is
Blog Lab reads a website, researches keywords, writes blog posts aimed at a page you choose, publishes them by embed or export, and tracks the click-throughs. What is included at each price is set out on the pricing page. We can change features and limits, but we will tell you before we do.
Your account and paying for it
Keep your account details accurate and your login to yourself. Paid plans renew on whatever cycle you picked until you cancel, and you can cancel from your billing portal at any time without ringing anyone. One-off credits and research packs work to the limits shown when you buy them.
Fees are generally non-refundable, but that is a default rather than a wall. If something went genuinely wrong, tell us and we will sort it out. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
The posts you generate
They are yours. Use them on any website you own or manage, edit them however you like, and keep them if you cancel.
In return, you are the one responsible for reading a post before it goes live. AI-assisted writing can get facts wrong, and a claim about your own business is something only you can verify. Treat every draft as a draft you are approving, not a finished thing you are receiving.
What you must not do with it
- Anything illegal, harmful or deliberately deceptive
- Working around quotas, scraping the service, or reverse engineering it beyond normal use
- Uploading malware or interfering with other customers
What stays ours
The Blog Lab software, our branding and this website remain NZDH property. Your website content and your generated posts remain yours, subject to any third-party licences that come attached — Unsplash images being the usual example.
What we will not promise
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic numbers or business results, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. Search outcomes depend on your competition, the quality of your site, how consistently you publish and a dozen things outside anyone's control. We can promise you well-researched posts aimed at real searches. We cannot promise Google will agree with us.
Liability
To the fullest extent New Zealand law allows, NZDH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot contract out of under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act where those apply to you.
